Boiler servicing

The yearly service the law requires for gas, oil and wood boilers, with the certificate handed over.

Once a year, your boiler must be serviced by a professional. It keeps it safe, keeps its consumption in check and is what your insurer asks for after a claim.

What is included

Cleaning of the burner and the heat exchanger
Check of safety devices and of the flue
Combustion and carbon monoxide measurement
Settings, advice on use, and the servicing certificate

Good to know

The certificate is handed over within fifteen days: keep it for at least two years. Chimney sweeping is a separate obligation, set by your département.
